Where do you train? . . .

This is very tailored to my clients' preferences. Some clients already have their own well-equipped home gyms, so I will train them from there. However, I also have clients that are just getting into fitness and do not have any equipment, so we will just find an open space in their home to train, such as in their living room or basement. In this case, I will bring all of the necessary equipment to them. Additionally, some clients have a designated space set up at their office to train, and it's not rare to hit the park on days that the weather is nice. I also have a home gym that clients are welcome to train out of for the same fee that I charge my mobile training clients.

Do I have to have my own fitness equipment? . . .

No, I have equipment that I will bring you. However, once bitten by the fitness bug, it's not uncommon to want a small setup of your own.

Do you contract out of any other gyms or facilities? . . .

No, I do not. I only train clients at their homes or offices or my home gym.

How far are you willing to travel? . . .

Within 15 minutes of downtown Glen Ellyn.

How long are your training sessions? . . .

60 minutes.

What type of training do you do? . . .

My programs are tailored to individual client goals, however, they usually include a combination of resistance training, metabolic conditioning and mobility work.

Do you require any kind of commitment? . . .

Yes, a minimum of a three month commitment is required, and billing is every 30 days, so one month of sessions must be paid for in advance.
