Quickie Winter Workout At Home!

Is it summer yet?

Unfortunately, the answer to that is a resounding no, but it’ll be here before we know it, so don’t let the brutal weather keep you from getting your workouts in. The following is a workout that requires little to no equipment, and does not require you to go out into the Arctic Tundra – win-win!

Do each of the following exercises for 60 seconds. After you have made it through each of them one time, repeat the series two to three more times.

Push-ups >> Jump rope >> Squats

if you do not have a jump rope, just mimic the movement
