By accepting this agreement, you fully understand that you are releasing FitResolution.com and it's officers, directors, owners, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, related to your participation in our program.

By accepting this agreement, you fully understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

The information and services available on or through the FitResolution.com come from a variety of sources, including content submitted by our users. We do not actively monitor the content of the Web site that was not created by ZAS Fitness LLC and its employees. We do not verify, endorse or vouch for any of this information.
