I started a journey toward physical fitness and healthy living this summer. With Weight Watchers I lost 25 pounds. Now, I am adding the gym to my weekly routine. I feel great. I make better food choices. I get more done. I look forward to reaching my next goal of 146lbs before Christmas!

Welcome to the FitCommunity! The trouble with group classes is that since every class consists of such very different things, it's impossible to give the right amount of credit, or record calories and other measures of success accurately. For those kinds of classes, the best way to record it here is to convert it into miles, based on how long it takes and how hard you are working. If you work up a serious sweat and have a heartbeat up around 75% of your max, you are doing the equivalent of a mile every eight minutes or so.
You might want to consider adding weights to your workout routine. Body strength and muscle helps to burn calories even while you are resting, and of course, it feels good to be strong.
Best of luck on achieving your goals, and I hope you find the FitCommunity supportive and the website's tools and advice helpful.
Live Better. Much Better.
