Char's Resolution
I would like to tone up my legs and get rid of the cellulite and feel good about being in a bathing suit. I would like to stay fit and healthy and not get sucked into a sedentary lifestyle. I'd like to enjoy my middle and golden years.

I'm still not quite sure how this website works yet. I did a complete leg work out and did back and abs as well. I walked for 40 minutes on the treadmill doing an interval training. Helps that the FSU vs Alabama game was on .... kept my mind off of the hard stuff and made it easer to enjoy my work out. Gooo Seminoles!

I'm new to the website, trying to figure out all the little quirks too. So far so good!
And yes, I have a tremendously hard time getting someone to go with me. My boyfriend used to go with me all the time, it was great to have someone drag you there. He broke his arm right in half a month ago so he hasn't been going and I've had no one to drag me there. I can't get any other women to come, or they will but they're not sure what to do so it lasts for a week or two. The hardest part is getting there. I have faith in you to do that though... Start the walk, there is nothing you can use as an excuse to procrastinate on your health! (if only I could take that advice)
I find that finding someone on this site that logs a LOT of workouts is great motivation. Try to beat their checkmarks. Best of luck!

Hey there! I slacked at the beginning of this month but I went today for 2 1/2 hours and worked out REALLY hard, I feel great!! Did you go today? :) Hope all is well!!
