Hi Nicole!
Congratulations on your little one! It is tough finding time to work out, but I made a deal with my husband that if the baby needs us between 6:00-6:30 he was in charge and that is my time to workout.
How to begin...honestly, I've had to restart a few times since her schedule keeps on shifting and demands change from day to day. To put it in simplest terms I great start is just getting dressed to workout and putting on my tennis shoes. I know it sounds dumb, but there have been a number of times I didn't really want to workout and I thought, "well, I'm already dressed to workout...why not just do it today." Then I would say the same thing the next day and the next.... Just get started :) You can do it!!!
