hey hun.. welcome..Try the Circuit Training work out and focus on cardio. You are going to feel so much stronger and you are going to notice that you are gaining more muscle as well

I have been on here about 2.5 months. I like it. It's nice to see how much you have worked out. As far as losing weight, I have lost 2 pounds but my problem is that I am a chocoholic. That just negates all the working out i do. It was hard getting used to the site, but it becomes really easy to navigate it. The name of the program you should start off with is Circuit Training Routine - Cardio Plus. It's really easy and it pretty mush works every muscle group. I wish u luck. Let me know how well you do!
