Hey Gnarley.
You've probably looked online for stuff, but I did a quick search and found this: http://home.wi.rr.com/birzer/associations.html
As to your post in the forum, two things. One, I think it would be a great idea to do a few sessions with a personal trainer, or talk to your physical therapist about different cardio exercises. The second is that diet plays a huge role in your weight. So that's a good place to start.
Also, if you're really going to get into body building, there is a great book by Bompa: Serious Strength Training. It has a pretty lame cover and my fiancee made fun of me for having it in the house, but it is great for body building.
Hope that helps.
LBMB,
Z
