tazbabi78's Resolution
I am currently 270 pounds and a diabetic. I am a single mother of four children. I would like to lose some weight, not to be skinny but to better my health. I am afraid that I won't be around as long as I need to for my children if I don't get some of this weight off of me.

Exercising three to five times per week will help you a lot. It will boost our metabolism and help you feel better. And set small goals for yourself. Ones that don't seem to big. You can always hcange them as you go. I did it I lost 15 pounds in 10 weeks. It took a lot of work and self control. But after a while you look forward to it. It actually becomes fun. I miss it a little cause I hurt my back but will be starting back again this week.

Try adding about ten minutes of activity the days you exercise. But keep at it. It might just be a small plateu. I hit one of those and have been there for about 3 weeks my self. Hopefully that will be gone next week.
Have fun!!!

As long as you keep the routine you have been doing and continue to watch what you eat you should not gain the weight back. I read that losing 2 pounds a week by diet and exercise is the only way to maek a permanent dent in your weight. As long as you are starting to be healthy you will only get better.
