Hey there, wrote a little blurb on your forum topic. If you are on a low-carb diet and it isn't working for you, you should take a look at some other options. Low-carb diets aren't a catch-all and don't work for everyone, and you should never do a diet that you aren't going to be able to stick to and enjoy!

Hey! Welcome!! I saw in the forums you just joined - so congratulations! It's really a lot of fun - especially logging the workouts (I like all the checks on the calendar - but that's just me) I also replied on the forum about food ...fyi... didn't want to clog up your locker!

I have no idea how to log a previous days workout... Maybe if you just consistently do it a day behind - no harm no foul?! I'm not very good in gyms -which is mostly why I don't belong to one - so I'm not really very helpful at all right now - sorry!!! Keep it up though! LBMB!

I don't know if I have any secrets. We eat breakfast every Saturday with my in-laws at Chick Fila and then usually forget to eat lunch. I wait all week for Sunday night to get Dairy Queen... We usually just don't keep munchy food in this house - so I want something I have to make it - and that keeps the food count down - cause I'm lazy about cooking.. haha
