Hey! To answer all your questions: This is my fourth week in using Fit Resolution - and it really does keep me motivated. I've kind of turned it into a mini competition (mostly with myself) to make sure I get atleast 5 check marks a week. I'm using it to keep me accountable - because I don't want to be the person that hasn't logged a workout in a month. That's how I stay motivated - plus I've lost 5 lbs since starting the Trimming - No Gym workout - so that's exciting as well. I also enjoy the workouts. I tend to get bored if I do the same thing every day - and the Trimming workout changes it up everyday. Running different mileage and working different muscles with weight training. It takes the guess work out of working out - which is great for me! I think if you embrace everything Fit Resolution has to offer - it will work for you. There are many helpful people and many people to keep you inspired to workout when you see how many workouts they are logging. I was always kind of a "part time" work out person - and this has really given me the motivation to do it all the time. I take two days off a week to give my body a break and to allow for those days when you just don't feel good - but it gives me the push to work out when I don't really want. So - basically - I love Fit Resolution - and I really feel that it has changed my whole attitude to working out! Best of luck! Keep in touch! (sorry - I rambled a bit...)

Keeping interested is one of the hardest parts of sticking to a workout plan. I usually bring a crossword puzzle or some work and do it doing my rests between sets, which helps make the time go by faster. Try using the workout as a reward, and a break in your busy day. You can buy a good MP3 player for thirty or forty dollars, and when you are have completed a tough task, you get to take half an hour or an hour off, listen to some good music, and relax a little bit. You'll find that if you stick to an exercise plan, your body chemistry will start to change, and you will come to expect and enjoy regular workouts. Take a look in the guides section for some advice on how to eat healthier. The biggest tricks are using smaller plates and measuring out your meals. Make sure you only use a tablespoon of butter, and a quarter cup of cheese. It's easy when you are cooking or seasoning to add a little extra here and there, and those calories add up real fast.
