I must have signed out before I got your message. Thank you. Just yesterday evening I just picked up a BowFlex Extreme2. Excited about that. Know anything about it? Right now I'm in the middle of reading the manual for it. Can't wait to get going on it.

Hey there Angie, I saw your post in the shoutbox and wanted to make sure you were making progress. I'll take a look at the Bowflex system you've bought. Bowflex is an excellent company, and I'm sure that it will work for you, if you stick with it. We don't have any Bowflex exercises, but you should find that many of our more generic machine exercises will have a parallel on your system. Also, if you want to reply to a locker post, the best thing to do is to click on the user's picture to the left and write on their locker. Then we'll get sent an e-mail letting us know you've posted a reply. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask Zach or myself, we'll be happy to help.
