I'm here because this year in particular I really have tried so many diets as well as fitness programs and I can't seem to lose and keep the weight off. I want to be at a healthy weight and fitness level and I know now that I can't do it alone.

Start by exercising 3 times a week. That is what I did. I am now up to 4-5 times a week and have lost 13 pounds in 9 weeks.
