Hi ... the workout plan I use is Rebecca Kate's Core training .... it works for me really well ... and a few times a week I add bicep curls, and weighted lunges, and some leg stretches which I described in the forum ... so go back there and check those out. . I don't always walk, even though I should ... and it really should be a two mile run at least. But even without that, I do see and feel a difference.

Getting started is always the hardest part. I just started exercising 8 weeks ago, and already have lost 13 pounds and an inch off my waist.

I started on my own. This is the latest tool that I am using for motivation and ideas. I have only been part of this site for a couple of weeks. I have been working out and watching what I have been eating for around 8 weeks. If you wish you may use any part of my story to promote this site. Since I started here I have lost 2 pounds and somewhere around an inch around my waist.
