Thanks for your suggestions and I will use them. This is an awesome tool. Nothing as good as support and others who want to help each other accomplish their goals. Thanks!

How do you stay motivated to keep going? I am a busy wife who babysits and takes care of disabled mother-in-law so my day is pretty much taken up and finding time is hard but i am trying it just gets old after a while. I think this might work- to have someone other then my husband backing me up. My other thing is eating plan, do you havew suggestions for a kick start on a plan?

I have another idea...What about making the allstars a monthly thing? I know I am really motivated by trying to make that board and Josh1974 had mentioned to me that he was working towards that goal as well - and I've been thinking - we're never going to make it because yal have almost 2 months on us. Just thinking that if it really motivates two of us - there have to be others that would be motivated not to skip/not log workouts as well...

I just started playing racquetball with my husband. He's been a good sport. He use to play in tournaments and was pretty good. He's trying to get back into the game, but we just moved to Columbia, Missouri and haven't found to many people to play singles with. I think its a lot easier to play racquetball than go on the machines because I don't get bored and am VERY competitive so I keep pushing myself. My goal is to at least score 6 points against him. Good luck on your game and goals.

Thanks! I finally got it to work - just had to completely delete the first workout and re do it at the end - no big deal. Thank you for all your help. Oh - hey - can you add an exercise to the list? "Play Soccer" I'm going to overhaul my workouts this weekend and would like to include that so it doesn't look like I'm not doing anything... :) Have a good evening!

I posted this on Zach's locker as well
Problem with workout logging. When I go to log a workout it sets everything really high. Jog ten minutes is 39 miles. 30 minutes of stretch. 600 pound push-ups. It won't let me go down to what I actually did. Great job working out.
It is doing this when I try to create a workout as well.

OK Thanks I think you fixed the problem. But I just realized that my mileage reads 101 miles for last week. It shouldn't be anywhere near that high. Other than that Thsi is working great. Just one more thing. I know I mentioned this before and it is not a huge thing except having to log the same weight week after week. is it possible to change the weight increments to 2 pounds or 1 pounds. Just a personal preference. That we can actually see a change on our graph instead of seeing the same thing week after week for those of us trying to lose weight. Other than that you guys are doing great on the site.

Hey there, you seem to be the person so ask.
I didn't log a workout on Monday but I did go. Is there a way that I can still log that now? Or will I just have to keep a mental note of it? Thanks so much!

Hey Joesph!!! Just thought I'd see if it's possible to change the weigh in increments to 2 lbs instead of 5? It'd be great to get to log progress every week instead of every 3-4 weeks. Let me know - if it's not, it's not! Thanks!!!

Not a huge deal, but the last few times I logged a workout it deselected my plan and I had to go and select it again and skip a few days. This might be related to the fact that I have to change the weights on my plan it is back to 700 pound chest press and fly's.
I also agree with Mrumer.
Thanks a bunch.
