I am inspired - good luck with everything! (the Trimming plan seems to work for me for losing weight - slow & steady - just stick with it!)

When are you planning on joining? I know a couple of websites for people who plan on joining the military or who are already there.

At least 30 minutes of cardio, at least 3 times a week will definately help you to lose excess fat. Weight training as often as you can will build muscle which help you to burn fat faster. Which branch are you joining?
www.military.com
has lots of helpful information.

The only other thing that it could be is what you are eating. At least when I was trying to lose weight I had to do both. If you are already doing that, than I do not have a clue. Are watching your calorie intake and eating the right combination of vitamins and minerals? That is all I could think of, hope some of that helps.
